Pros

on the bright side it does provide you with good experience with a nationally known company. Much more responsibility than just a ticket punching cashier.

Cons

Where to begin. Huge company so everything is approved from someone above yourself. High turnover which stresses the operations heavily. Within 5 months of working at one location I had climbed to most experienced teller. Should be a good thing right. Nope, most people quit or bail out on a branch to follow someone they previously worked with. Lastly, I have no problem with sales at all when it is a needs basis. But setting unrealistic goals spills over onto our customers and forces us to sell an 80 year old person a debit card just to swipe in at the counter so we can reach our goals. Come one Wells stick your vision and values.

Pros

Benefits (but cost creeping up and coverage creeping down each year), Good Morale Both Management and Coworkers, and Honestly a Great Company.

Cons

Cross Selling is the only focus now, firing employees who are great at their job in every area that should matter but if the cross selling results are not meeting the ever ridiculous quota (which continues to rise) than you may not have a job next month. Expectation for customers to say yes to cross selling, leaving you with no real control of your job security. Stress!
