Lots of good workers left or let go. Lots of unfair and shady practices. - High turnover and staffing instability, leading to safety concerns and uneven patient experiences. - Allegations of discriminatory practices or unequal treatment; this has potential legal and regulatory implications. - Inadequate response to safety incidents and quality issues; limited visible progress after concerns are raised. Patients died and workers who have been there for years covered up. - Limited effective communication from leadership about changes or corrective actions. Impact - Decreased confidence in safety and care quality. - Stress and burnout from recurring issues and lack of timely resolution. - Hesitation to advocate for patients when concerns aren’t addressed.
