      Will pay 100% of college tuition, lots of opportunities to transfer

      Cons

      Some locations are wonderfully inclusive and friendly, while some are cesspits of petty behavior and office politics. Feel out the hiring managers vibe before accepting anything, if it is bad, it only gets worse. There are some genuinely lovely folk though! So just be careful.
