Pros
There can be various units and areas to work in the system if you can get a transfer before the manager catches on. Call pay is fair but you are left alone to do everything.
Cons
The vascular Institute is horrible and constant complaining is the norm. Burn out due to frustration and difficult doctors is consistent with unhappy employees. No one is truthful on the surveys because of the retaliation. They just churn and burn employees.
