Pros
Co-workers make all the difference. Management follows the "rules" such as staff meetings, reviews, etc.
Cons
Don't expect HR or management to be of any value. During 6 and 12 month reviews you have the opportunity to discuss issues with manager. Most of the time, it does no good. Nothing changes, issues are not brought up again. If you bring the issues up again, it is as though nothing was said in the first place. I don't know how Wellstar makes the top 100 for great places to work. They must "know someone" who is in charge of the voting.
