Business Outlook
Pros
Good team members make job easier. I feel confident in most of our physicians and in the facility itself; The hospital is fairly state of the art. I get the impression that the CEO is a caring individual who wants the best for the system.
Cons
Poor staffing ratios, no float pool and poor temp arrangements make some shifts unsafe. Current upper nursing management team is relatively new and often makes changes without considering repercussions. I.E. dropping the float pool without an adequate alternative.
