Pros
Leading provider in health care, fast growing, well rounded Provider network. The independent physician association (IPA) is diverse. Great benefits.
Cons
With any big company with 10,000 employees is difficult to see the same culture within the whole company. There is a feeling of separation between the different hospitals, lack of understating on how other departments operate. Lack of unity from the physicians, you would think there be a united front when implementing a new strategy to improve health care delivery but unfortunately there is an opportunity there.
