Pros
The doctors and patients are wonderful. Facilities are nice. They keep staff up to date with training
Cons
Management and upper management only seen to care about the money. The purpose of the patient surveys gets lost: if the patients all say the wait times are too long instead of looking at how management has forced double or triple scheduling on a skeleton crew the staff gets a smaller or no bonus. Don't even bother contacting HR for help with a manager who is mistreating her staff, it won't even matter if it's the whole office complaining, they won't do a single thing about it besides spin it to be the entire staff is wrong for ganging up on the manager.
