I mean where to start. I guess the most serious concern is I brought several safety issues that needed to be corrected to my supervisors and I was bullied for it, were not talking play ground bullying were talking professional bullying where the whole goal is simply to get you to lose your cool so they can get HR involved…. This is very much a say all the right things and fix nothing kind of place. If you speak out they try to isolate you and bully when there’s no witnesses. Normally I’d say this is just a rogue manager but sadly this is just the norm because I witnessed this at several wellstar locations to many different employees and different managers so clearly people are trained to do this. Along those lines, sadly there is no regard for the patient care at wellstar as I witnessed my managers manger state the following in a staff meeting “ It doesn’t matter if your patient gets better as long as you express empathy so they leave a high NRC score”. Well…. I think we know why the NRC scores are low.
