There were many red flags even before starting with the company from being ghosted for a month after an interview to the onboarding process. After starting, it was one thing after another. This company has an old fashioned mindset. Short 30 minute lunch breaks and Holiday pay comes out of accrued PTO. Poor communication with management with unrealistic expectations. Condescending Director who doesn’t take accountability for mistakes. Expect to be overworked and unappreciated. You’re expected to work constantly even while on PTO and frowned upon for having a life outside of work.
