They are late, unresponsive, and don't care about you. * No real sense of team building or teamwork. * Expectations come in two forms: unrealistic or undefined. No work-life balance, little support from colleagues, less from management. * Turnover rate within departments is extremely high, making things like training and coverage even more complicated. * Limited PTO, which does not include most federal holidays in the US * Disabled people are made to feel unwelcome; little support from HR and little to no access to accessibility-related technology and software.
