Pros

I’d say only the colleagues and my direct manager and some few others.

Cons

Everything. They don’t listen to the employee, managers do, above don’t. They only want to play nice with the client to our expenses. Many amazing employees have left the company for this reason. Worst? They don’t even give you any extra pay even after more than 5 years in the company… they use you till you have had enough of this nonsense and leave because they don’t have what it takes to make ppl happy in this company. Even if there would (which there isn’t) any growth in this job. I wouldn’t want it and stopped doing it because above the higher management only hires ppl they like for no reason, just by face or whatever it is. And I have ppl who were managers whom told me this. Idiotic excuses for not hiring the real experienced employee who’s been years in the company vs someone NEW (less than Year) just because they liked that person.. that person didn’t even have any knowledge of anything and had to learn it ALL. I can’t.. I just can’t

Pros

Fully work from home job

Cons

Work-life-balance (the way tasks availability works makes it so that you have to stay home most of the day to get hours) Pay (the pay is not competitive at all) Poor management (little to no communication and frequently overhiring, which adds to the lack of available work) Benefits (benefits are only available if you work a certain amount of hours per year, even if they do not have tasks available frequently) Vacation time (vacation time is awarded similarly to the way benefits work. Therefore your vacations are lessened by when task availability decreases) Lack of clarity (company stages meetings under the guise of transparency, but do not address worker concerns, up to and including concerns over lack of work) Mass layoffs (company does mass layoffs frequently, sending out termination emails to multiple employees at once periodically, which adds to general stress and uncertainty about job stability)
