It's a good first job but that's it. There is no really good reason I see to come work for Wendy's at least not any that are owned by the man that owns the ones in Slidell, La.
Cons
They do not pay enough.They take advantage of you. They do not care about management or employees. They lie and accuse you of things you did not do and will screw you over in the end.
