Pros
Good company to work for when in college or need some extra money for bills or rent. Can learn or expand skills in multitasking, time management, and communication. Some room for growth when working different stations. Employee discount is 50% off the original price when you work.
Cons
Managers need to try other people on different stations that know how to work them more often rather than put them on one station all the time. Allow employees to have a drink in the break room expecially if it's a hot day out. Don't tell them to get a quick sip and throw it out. Monthly reviews are performance and apparence based. No pay raises on good reviews and in general.
