Crew Member - Cashier/Crew Member Wendy's Employee Review

The GM was terrible. She screams at employees in front of the entire store full of customers. She only worries about how her store's numbers look on paper so she often doesn't order the items needed so employees have to frequently tell customers they are out of things like napkins, spoons, ketchup, straws, and popular dressings and sauces. It is very embarrassing to have to tell customers they do not have items that restaurants should always have on hand.
