      They do what they do well.

      Cons

      They don't always do what needs to be done as far as letting go of bad managers. They tend to do what is easiest. And they play favorites with hour allotment to team.

      Not much it smells weird but they paid better than my last job

      Manager didn’t fire me I didn’t quit, literally just stopped scheduling me and ghosted me
