      Pros

      The atmosphere encourages growth and teaches you vital life skills. Also you learn about customer relations, such as conflict resolution. The job teaches you leadership skills as well.

      Cons

      I have worked there for almost six years now, and I was not given a raise until I was promoted. The higher management staff is supposed to evaluate all crew for raises every six months, but they do not follow through with this.

      Pros

      I enjoyed the food and diversity within the workplace. It was always a fun time when meeting people etc.

      Cons

      Days could be long and depending on who was managing the shift that day. Overall same old same old. You have to work a bunch of hours to get paid.
