      Pros

      The culture that Dave Thomas created is second to none. The community involvment really makes you want to make a difference.

      Cons

      The company no longer has the Dave Thomas culture. It has become a place of survival of the fittest and if you don't do the right people's bidding, they will find a way to tarnish your name. The entire company is not like this, just in certain areas where VP's allow this behavior.

      Pros

      I enjoyed the food and diversity within the workplace. It was always a fun time when meeting people etc.

      Cons

      Days could be long and depending on who was managing the shift that day. Overall same old same old. You have to work a bunch of hours to get paid.
