Pros

They do offer their assistant managers paid uniforms, food, and vacations and only a 48 hour work week. Most of the training is done thru the Wendy's we learn system used by employees. also getting a requested day off is not usually an issue.

Cons

No training what so ever other than "we learn", after watching a video the trainer, in my case the general manager, puts you in that position and thinks you are supposed to do the job like an experienced employee, then when you can't he gets mad and yells and makes you look stupid in front of the regular employees, nothing gets explained like how to do a positional chart charts or any other procedure, Then you are expected to run a shift without any sort of training while the whole time the GM (who is supposed to be training you) again stands and watches and then makes you look stupid in front of employees when you mess up, He also tells employees if he (the trainee) does something wrong yell at him! this is not training its BS period, watch how many times Tar Heel Capital posts adds looking for managers, STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY
