Upper management is the worst this company has ever had. If you do not play the political game, they manipulate and treat their employees like slaves. They influence an overly competitive environment that is not productive or effective. Long work hours and too much work load. Except for upper management, employees never have the opportunity to take a day off or a vacation for all that matters. Upper management take lower staff ideas and run with them as their own. It's a "keep your head down and keep your mouth shut environment."
