Hard Job Not worth the pay - General Manager Wendy's Employee Review

Expectations are set very high, almost unachievable. The "sell out" to franchise companies has made the company forget "Dave's Values" which the company was built around. Upper management is not likely to EVER tell you good job, or thanks for your hard work. Worked 8+ years and devoted my life to turn around and have a trainee under me that gets paid substantially more than I do.
