Quality of life is good. Forty hour work weeks is normal, with two days in a row off. Wendy's has a fair but low paying bonus program.

Cons

Slow growth. The average time to become a district level manager is 15 years. Way too long when the turn-over at the GM level is 150%.

Pros

Not much it smells weird but they paid better than my last job

Cons

Manager didn’t fire me I didn’t quit, literally just stopped scheduling me and ghosted me
