Pros
Advancement is here for those that have strong commitment ,and can hang in there lots to learn they let you make your own hours as long as things going well. Pay is comparable to the business. Growing pretty fast. I like the fact that they actually let me run my store seem we get more people then most because of needed covered position.
Cons
They have way to much paper work. Takes away from what we do. Someone needs to cut it way down it would help retain manager keep everything from being so over whelming. Not very organized in this area.
