Pros
- Lets you build up interpersonal social skills. - Allows insight into the daily life of the everyday worker. - Lots of time to work on other stuff while here.
Cons
- Regularly interact with rude customers. - Many workers get taken advantage of by higher-up management. - A high expectation to be on call if needed. - High expectation to go far beyond what is asked of despite little compensation for doing so. - Co-worker call-offs are very regular even with other managers. - Many workers here are overworked and stressed due to covering so many positions at once and feel like they could be fired if they can't reach requested goals.
