Pros
-the people there were very nice.
Cons
-Horrible management, has no directional skills and does not want to discipline those who have done wrong - The pay is horrible for the stuff they had me doing: ------Only person taking trash out ------Mopping Entrance Tiles ------Mopping Dining room in morning before open even thought its supposed to be done at night as well but they refuse to do it (the floor is super sticky since I left and is basically a tripping hazard for customers) ------Temperature Reading of products------Only Person Cleaning the walls behind equipment (fryer grill & oven) - Did it every day basically (or as much as I could) ------Cleaned and replaced the fryer lights where the fries and nuggets sit ------I would clean the drains under the sinks and by the stations ------I would put away truck even though night crew gets it and they should be putting it away since it comes at night. ------I would come in around 5:30 every day to help out to open as well ------Night crew would leave potatoes or things in drawers like chicken until the morning (wouldn't throw out product at the end of the night) -----I would always do outside maintenance in the morning and try to keep the outside as neat as possible when no one else would volunteer to do it -----Many more things would come up when I was working there. -People would do drugs like smoke weed on the premise while clocked in
