-Most shifts are very busy, so it can be stressful. -Inconsistent staffing, so sometimes you're expected to fill multiple rolls when people call out or no-show -Inconsistent levels of accountability. People who work hard are often expected to do more for the same pay while others slack and are not held to the same standard. -Despite working there for several years during high school, I never received a pay raise.
