      Pros

      Flexibility, decent pay, at least above minimum wage, and always knowing what work you will be doing on a regular basis. Easy to change locations and transfer as needed, but able to get overtime.

      Cons

      Manual labor, greasy, loud, not enough pay for kind of work put in, and crew turnover rate is fairly high.
