Stay away from certain franchises - Assistant Manager Wendy's Employee Review

1.Equipment varies from location to location creating inconsistency 2. your training store can be up to an hour away 3. some managers and above think that they know everything since they been with the company...forever! 4. Any experience you have at restaurants outside of Wendy's is considered irrelevant 5. Training program is a one size fits all, they don't individualize it if you are a faster/slower learner 6. Don't care about safety and health such as: back door not latching, freezers outside, missing proper to cut food operate fryers, etc.
