Pros
It has flexible hours and its a step into the real world and other challenges. You are faced with problems that you will have to learn to face in every day life no matter where you are or where you work.
Cons
If you are an employee working under one of the managers that are unfair in the way that things are ran, you don't have much voice or power to do much. If there is something going wrong within the company and you try to bring it to someone's attention, unless it brings a problem to higher management nothing will be done about it.
