Pros
The Culture and the people are wonderful. It is a company where R&D respects people's work-life balance, R&D is driven. There are constantly fires and challenges to overcome. Being in medical field you get to be a part of a company that helps improve and save lives - which is always rewarding. There is a culture of coaching and mentorship if you're open to it. Healthy project budgets. The cafeteria that provides 3$ lunches is a huge benefit.
Cons
Cultural clashes between old and new ways of working that result in unproductive politics and turnover.
