      Pros

      The company is strong, pays well, and has a bunch of perks (company car, expenses, covers internet and phone bills)

      Cons

      They will work the hell out of you. Expect hundreds (yes, plural hundreds) of hours of overtime a year. Some territories are better, some are worse. Depends on if a neighboring engineer quits or gets promoted and you have to cover 2 territories

      Great work/life balance, good benefits, good leadership, positive working environment

      Cons

      Some projects have resourcing issues, individuals can be told to switch to different projects as management sees fit, lackluster raises

      Work environment really depends or your management. Most directors who've come through clinical affairs are completely incompetent
