Sack people all the time! - Account Manager Werfen Employee Review

People get sacked with no explanation or expectation of such within the first 2 yrs of employment. Even if you’re employed for over 2 yrs, if somehow it’s of benefit for the company to get rid of you- management will frame you, bring on disciplinary proceedings until you’re exhausted and leave. Great working and friendly environment at start but really bad and horror scenarios that happened with me and multiple people I know and worked with!
