Pros
This company has a non-toxic work environment. Generally people are not going around cutting other people down to move up but are friendly and helpful. Each year the company has multiple activities to encourage the employees to get to know each other. If you are LDS, this is a good place to associate with like-minded people. If you are not LDS, it doesn't matter, they will accept you for who you are and are generally tolerant of your belief system. If you have some personal issues or goals with your life to work out, the fact that there are others who have been successful is a good start towards making those kinds of improvements. Employee owned company where the profit is shared among all employees. 401K contribution is matched. Health Insurance is HDHP with a HSA. There is a clinic on site to keep costs down for visits and prescriptions.
Cons
Some positions require travel and generally the sacrifice is not recognized monetarily or otherwise. In fact, it is expected for some positions. Some engineers do not seem qualified to perform their duties. Pay for some positions may be lower than industry standard.
