      Pros

      Church involvement will do you well and keep you moving up the ladder. Easy place to work at. Mostly great people. Flexible to some extent

      Cons

      Salary isn't real. Heavy nepotism. If you Express you want to move up they will hold you back. Pay is significantly less than competition. Too many underqualified people in management.

      Pros

      Company is well run. Stable company with good overall financials. CEO Greg Holt is excellent.

      Cons

      Still in a growth stage to get from medium company to large company. Used to have a small family feel but that's diminishing as it gets larger.

      Good healthcare in-house program. Have their own free or cheap clinic on site.

      Cons

      Toxic culture. Kind to your face and unsupportive behind your back. Don’t recommend.
