      Pros

      Great people Good work life balance

      Cons

      Managers don't listen. I asked to help create a plan for me to hit a certain salary amount and was basically told we'll review it at your annual review. Wasn't until I had another job offer in hand, they said they were willing to match it. Overall nothing terrible just wasn't a good fit for me.

      Pros

      Company is well run. Stable company with good overall financials. CEO Greg Holt is excellent.

      Cons

      Still in a growth stage to get from medium company to large company. Used to have a small family feel but that's diminishing as it gets larger.

      Pros

      Good healthcare in-house program. Have their own free or cheap clinic on site.

      Cons

      Toxic culture. Kind to your face and unsupportive behind your back. Don’t recommend.
