Pros
Great campus! I general the employees are friendly. Many different events geared at employee engagement. Competitive compensation. Good benefits package.
Cons
Disconnect between upper management and mid-level management when announcing goals and vision. Some departments are currently over-worked but hopefully this will pass soon. If you live in the metro area, the commute can be a bit far.
