Pros
Great culture - After working on several large and medium size companies, West Monroe is by far the best place I have worked for. As a result of this culture, work-life balance is very important and words like ASAP and urgent are rarely used.
Cons
There have been constant layoffs, which makes me question the future for this company, but things seems to be moving towards a better place, even with lower than expected revenue.
