Everyone I work with is collaborative, constructive, jokes, and seriously all try to perform their best, West Monroe is a culture that supports learning, growing and improving. Work life balance and Flexible PTO are outstanding.
Cons
A good deal of projects are short-term and not always exciting. We all jump in to support business development which can be tough do to limited direction, rushed timelines, and client limited budgets.
