Pros
Great Culture (for those extroverted type who like going to bars and the like) Great People- I never had a problem with anyone (well... except for this one person) Young People- Everyone is rather young which can be a breath of fresh air
Cons
Not for introverts- I was told that I needed to "change my personality" when I had informed them about my introversion very early on. Regardless, if you do not have a "Go Go Go" attitude about your projects or are not the type to fake your talents and skill sets, this really may not be the place for you Dead End- They don't invest in growth. They pretend to be on the radar for the next big breakthrough in tech. But in reality, they refuse to leave their comfort zone. This makes growing and learning in this company very difficult to achieve unless you go out and take additional courses yourself
