Pros
100% Employee Ownership - this drives both the financial incentives/motivation, but also has a huge influence on the culture. If you see an opportunity in the market, a process that should be improved, or just other comment, you are not only encouraged but required to speak up. It takes new employees some time to get used to this transparency and honesty.
Cons
Depending on your project, you can expect to travel a fair amount, occasionally on short notice. One of my biggest misperceptions when I came here was that consulting would increase my 'flexibility' in how I did my day to day job. But, our brand of consulting, which providing a rich array of experiences, requires a lot of discipline to really become an effective professional.
