Cons
Total compensation is well below market and the offer letter is misleading. Total compensation was reduced by ending employee ownership-- private equity bought the firm-- and focus is on financials (rightly) and not on employee ownership. Expect the culture to degrade accordingly as the new owners implement their agenda. Annual bonus compensation is not like peer firms-- expect 25-30% of the target percentage for an average rating-- which is the rating you basically get as a default in year one. Do not believe the levels and the mapping to competitors. There is title inflation.
