Pros
I can't say I haven't looked at other companies and had a couple phone screens. I've entertained opportunities from other recruiters. When it comes down to it, I stay for the reasons that brought me here: This place is unlike any other. The people are amazing. There is transparency and honesty. If something's broken, I have the ability to go fix it - actually, it's expected I do.
Cons
Growing pains. Some internal technology is clunky, sometimes communication doesn't flow as well as it should, some processes are still being developed. Nothing negative.
