Unrealistic expectations & bad leadership - Sourcer/Recruiter West Monroe Employee Review

The expectations for someone to be successful at this company is unrealistic. Management is toxic and lacks expertise in the field. My workload is imbalanced and I support over 5+ practices, I’m still expected to take on more while Leaders do not follow the same path. I have little opportunity to advance and it’s unclear how to do that, since our role cards have changed 3x since joining. Our company went through a layoff a few months ago our team experienced 15% layoff. We recently announced we will be growing our team nearly by the same amount we lost a few months ago. Our work environment is toxic and negative. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
