This is just performative. - Prioritizing the optics of the growth of the company over retaining talent. West Monroe doesn't invest in talent long-term. I experienced two layoffs (6 months apart) in the 1 yr I was there and it can't just be blamed on the poor economy. I saw so many good, qualified people leave and be replaced by inexperienced talent. Now that inexperienced talent is left with no guidance - Getting involved in diversity and inclusion ERGs is a risk. It can put a target on your back. Approach with caution.
