- will string you along to think you’ll get promoted / that leadership cares about your future, but they really only care about money - internal employees are treated worse than line employees and are the first to be cut when the company doesn’t do well financially - constantly changing internal structure and titles making it confusing - no longer employee first - keeps winning “best of” awards, but I’m not sure who, if anyone, is actually happy there anymore - spent lots of money on huge parties during COVID, then laid off hundred of people because they weren’t doing well financially anymore
