- They have done 3 rounds of layoffs in 16 months, cutting 900 people. This round they reduced severance to 8 weeks (had been 12 in the 2 previous rounds). They are also cutting insurance off after a month. - Leadership has been failing for 3 years and tries to acquire companies to fix things and it doesn't work. - No bonuses - Leadership does not care to get to know their employees. You are a number to them
