Great people. Fun projects and office culture. Good WLB. Culture used to be great but has been destroyed post MSD in 2022.
Cons
Management is a bunch of poor performing legacy hires that are boys with McCarty and will never get fired. Industry practices are run by the last person standing versus people capable and talented as leaders. Three RIFs with minimal shakeup in the leadership circle is absolutely bonkers, leadership refuses to look themselves in the mirror and risk selling off their precious stock. Strategy is trash and has changed multiple times in the past 5 years, each time making less and less sense. Overpaid for multiple digital acquisitions (all have failed) and have leveraged this firm up so badly it’s hemorrhaging cash. Lastly, it’s become so woke it’s disgusting.
