Pros
Some really great people work here and management really tries very hard to create a culture of collaboration and team work. Their motto that "the 'we' is better than the 'me'" is a great saying and they try to live that in most of the things they do. Small 'family' feel but like most families it may be hard to fit in at first. They have a very solid intern program that creates great results. They have extremely high customer satisfaction ratings (net promoter scores).
Cons
There is very little management support for experienced hires. While they stress collaboration and teamwork, but if you didn't grow up at West Monroe it is very difficult for you to build a cadre of folks that will collaborate and bring you into the fold. There is a bit of a "not invented here" mentality which negates the reason why they hire experienced people. A lot of the senior partners grew up at West Monroe and know only one way of doing things, so any new ideas are difficult to be adopted.
