Not the place to advance your career. Lots of turnover, poor company financial performance, and culture has gone downhill over the past couple of years due to multiple rounds of layoffs. No accountability for performance by senior leadership - "accountability" is recognized in the form of laying off lower level leadership and consultants, i.e., blaming poor company financial performance on those delivering the work.
