I have serious concerns. Over the past four years, West Monroe has gone through multiple RIFs, layoffs, and restructuring, and things haven't improved. The company is focused on offshore operations over support in the US. My department lacks direction and expertise in talent acquisition, and they rely more on longstanding friendships than strong qualifications. I'm responsible for busy work that adds no value to our roles or department, and the leaders do not know how to lead. I will not have an opportunity to advance or have meaningful raises.
